Our ginger & mustard mineral bath is meant to make you sweat so please make sure to drink plenty of water throughout and after your soak. Ingredients : zingiber officinale (ginger) root powder, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), sinapis hirta (mustard) root, armoracia rusticana, magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) oil, mentha arvensis (peppermint) oil and rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil.
